Shipping Terms

At EmmaLou Leeds, we ship products directly from our supplier. This model helps us reduce storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer competitive prices and cover standard shipping costs ourselves.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 1–15 business days

  • Please note: Due to high demand, courier delays, or staff shortages, delivery may occasionally take longer. We will keep you informed and appreciate your patience during such times.

Free Shipping on Orders Over £25

  • Orders over £25: Free shipping

  • Orders under £25: £4.95 shipping fee

How to Place an Order

  1. Add your desired products to your cart.

  2. Review your order carefully.

  3. Click on “Order” to proceed to checkout.

  4. On the order summary page, double-check your products, quantities, and prices. You can also leave a message for us if needed.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email. Tracking information becomes active approximately 2–3 days after your order, allowing you to follow your parcel online.

Uncollected or Refused Packages

If you fail to collect your parcel within the set timeframe at the delivery location, responsibility lies with you as the customer. If your parcel is returned to our supplier, we will deduct the following from your refund:

  • Orders up to £50: £14.95 fee

  • Orders over £50: 1/3 of the total order value

These deductions cover international return shipping and handling costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within the following windows:

  • PayPal orders: within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Credit Card orders: within 4 hours of placing the order

After these periods, your order is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.

⚠️ Note: If your order is processed within these windows, cancellation is no longer possible, even if you are within the cancellation timeframe.

Partial or Full Cancellation Fees

If you cancel part or all of your order, we apply a restocking and handling fee:

  • Orders up to £50: £14.95 fee

  • Orders over £50: 1/3 of the order value

This fee will be deducted from your refund.

❗ If we contact you for cancellation confirmation and receive no response within 24 hours, we will proceed with processing your order as originally placed.
