Return Conditions

Thank you for your purchase at EmmaLou Leeds. We truly hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund (minus admin fee), store voucher, or size exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Window

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@emma-lou.uk. After receiving confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form and send it to:

📸 To ensure a smooth return process, please include a clear photo of the items in their packaging before shipment. This photo should be taken at the shipping facility and emailed to us. Returns without this verification may result in delays or partial refunds.

Return Steps

Step 1: Request return via email and fill out return form
Step 2: Pack items with the completed return form using a trackable shipping method
Step 3: Once received and verified, your refund (minus fees) will be processed within 10 business days

💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, minus:

  • £10 administration fee per returned product

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Uncollected or Refused Packages

If a customer fails to collect their parcel and it is returned to our supplier (e.g. in China), the following deduction will apply to the refund:

  • Orders up to £50: £14.95 fee

  • Orders over £50: 1/3 of the total order value
